We consider any machine sale to be the start of a shared journey. Please allow our fully certified team of Service technicians to help you to extend the lifetime of your machines through the following:
- We can help to schedule and perform routine services.
- Please allow us to prevent breakdowns through routine maintenance.
- Equipment repair and rebuilds are our specialty, please allow us to help you to reduce machine downtime through speedy repairs. We can either help in our fully equipped workshops in Kampala, or send one of our mobile teams to remotely assist in the field.
- Should the need arise, we provide full warranty cover on selected machines and we will process the claim on your behalf with the manufacturer directly.
